Effective January 1, 2023, Short-Term Rental Bylaw Amendment Article IV, Section 8 "Owner Rental Rights and Restrictions" will go into effect.

Due to pending litigation and on the advice of counsel, the Hideout Bylaw Amendment Article IV, Section 8 – Owner Rental Rights and Restrictions (1)(l) limiting short-term rentals of up to 28 consecutive overnights to 10 occurrences per calendar year will be suspended until the matter is adjudicated before the Court of Common Pleas. All other provisions in this section will become effective as of January 1, 2023.
