Billing Information

Rates:

   Undeveloped Lot - $114.00 per Quarter
This rate is for service availability and provides for the continued maintenance and upgrade of the water and sewer conveyance and treatment systems in The Hideout.

   Developed Lot - $179.00 per Quarter
   Base Rate of $179.00:   0 - 25,000 gallons of water usage
   Next 10,000 gallons of water: $7.00 per thousand gallons
   Over 35,000 gallons of water: $10.00 per thousand gallons

This rate is for both water and sewer service for Members of The Hideout only and also provides for the continued maintenance and upgrade of the water and sewer conveyance and treatment systems.

Billing Schedule:
Your sewer and water bill is mailed 4 times annually and always before the 1st of April, July, October, and January, with payment due by the last day of each of the respective months.

All payments are due within 30 days.  Late payments will incur a 10% penalty.  Balances over 60 days will be subject to interest of 1% or 12% per anum. 

Available Payment Options:
Payments may be made with cash, check, or money order.  Direct Debit is also available and can be set up through the RS&W office.  Call (570) 698-6162 for more information. 

2007 Prepayment Discount:
A prepayment discount was approved by the RS&W Board of Directors on December 16, 2006 to be offered during the 2007 first quarter billing.  Payment for the year in full, as indicated by the appropriate balance to remit listed below, must be received by April 30th.  Direct Debit customers may also request a discount by calling RS&W at (570) 698-6162.
  
   Undeveloped lot - $10.00 Discount
The annual rate of $456.00 less the $10.00 discount; balance to remit is $446.00.
  
   Developed lot - $20.00 Discount
The annual rate of $716.00 less the $20.00 discount; balance to remit is $696.00.
