Mission Statement

To establish and maintain a systematic, dynamic flexible plan to ensure the continued growth and vitality necessary to achieve the association's goals and desires.

It is the responsibility of the committee to seek out and investigate opportunities and alternatives to accomplish this end.

The committee will be responsive to and receive input from the Board of Directors, the community Manager, other committees and the general membership, as well as take the initiative to explore and develop plans, policies and courses of action to fulfill the association's mission.

The resultant long range plan should be fiscally sound and reflect the goals and desires of the community. It should be a perpetual, working document which acts as a framework to guide and assure the association's continued development and evolution as the future becomes the present and ultimately the past.

The purpose of the LRPC is to view the future of The Hideout with respect to new and improved amenities which will satisfy the POA membership in 4 to 10 years. To accomplish this task, information on amenity use and membership desires should be watched closely and interpreted as to future needs. A successful future plan for The Hideout requires close attention to the demographics on a three year basis.

The function of the LRPC is to assess the present state of The Hideout recreational opportunities and develop a plan based on demographic information and present usage of all amenities. Every year a survey of the local real estate offices will be surveyed as to the buyers in The Hideout.
