Hideout Watershed Goals The purpose of Hideout Watershed Goals is to formulate a consensus and baseline objectives for the water quality management personnel within the hideout or hired by the Hideout. Ideally, all projects undertaken by the Hideout and performed with funding from the lakes budget of the POA would be traceable back to these goals. At a minimum, the goal is not attained if it is prohibited by a federal or state regulation, is not meeting a federal or sate minimum requirement, or a majority of the potential users of the water asset consider the asset goal as not met. As for the aesthetics goals, these can only be monitored as a change from previous years. Through visual documentation/recording of aesthetics, a proper comparison can be made from previous years.
