ABH - THE HEART OF THE COMMUNITY

The ABH wishes to remind Hideout residents and guests that if/when an emergency situation occurs, to call 911 IMMEDIATELY. The 911 dispatcher will contact the needed Emergency Services and Hideout Security. Clearly give your name, lot number and type of emergency. Following this procedure can and will save a life and/or property.

ABH provides an avenue for ALL residents of The Hideout to express their concerns through an organization. We make every attempt to resolve said concerns and needs by assisting in finding solutions to problems facing the community at large.  When necessary, we channel said problems of the residents to The Hideout Board, with the weight of an organized body, rather than having a lone person voice the situation to them.
With ABH we approach the Board and make them aware of the subjects.
This way the Board can channel their actions accordingly to make
The Hideout a wonderful place to live.

ABH MEMBERSHIP

ABH Membership is open to all residents (owners and renters) in The Hideout. Dues are $5.00 per person, due in January of each year. These dues are then returned within the cost for our Annual Dinner held in September.  One need not be a member to attend an ABH meeting, but non-members are not eligible to vote on any matters or elections.
Meetings are normally general in nature or may have a guest speaking on a "special issue" of interest to our community. ABH officers do welcome any suggestions for these guests and also subjects to base a meeting on.
ABH meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month, unless this date conflicts with any holidays.
